…and NoSilence NoViolence got this new client off the streets.

N was referred to NoSilence NoViolence by CPS (Child Protective Services). She was sleeping in her car with her two children, ages eight and five months. NSNV was able to assist immediately. First, we secured an Airbnb for the three of them where they stayed until a shelter bed became available. In addition, we referred N for free legal counsel to point her in the right direction and got her started in subsidized weekly therapy.
Her eight -year-old is back in school, and they’re now in a shelter program providing all of their basic needs. N is only one of dozens of women we have assisted in the past month. We are proud to tell this story of a survivor who came to us in a very vulnerable situation whom we quickly helped transition into a stable living environment, with dignity and new resources.
